How to customize Swipe Actions on Android:
Open the Gmail app and tap the Menu icon (three horizontal lines). Scroll down and tap Settings, then head to General Settings. Tap on “Mail Swipe Actions.”
Tap “CHANGE” next to the Right swipe or Left swipe and choose an action (Archive, Delete, Mark as read/unread, Move to, Snooze, or None).

How to enable Nudges on Android:
Open the Gmail app and tap the Menu icon. Go to Settings and select your email account. Scroll down to the “Nudges” section and tap on “Reply and Follow Up.”

Confidential Mode Keeps Your Emails Secure
Need to send sensitive information? Confidential Mode lets you set an expiration date on emails and restricts actions like forwarding, copying, printing, or downloading. You can also add a passcode for extra security, making it ideal for sending private messages or documents.
How to use Confidential Mode on Android:
Open the Gmail app and tap “Compose” to write a new email.
Tap the three dots in the top-right corner.
Select “Confidential Mode.”
Set an expiration date (e.g., one day, one week). Choose whether to require an SMS passcode for access.
Tap “Save,” then send your email. Once enabled, recipients will only be able to view the email until it expires, and they won’t be able to forward or download it.
Vacation Responder Lets You Set Up Automatic Replies

How to set up Vacation Responder on Android:
Open the Gmail app and tap the menu icon. Scroll down and select Settings. Choose your email account. Tap “Vacation Responder” and toggle it on.
Set the start and end dates, enter a subject, and write your auto-reply message.
Tap “Save” to activate it. Once enabled, Gmail will automatically reply to all incoming emails with your message, saving you the trouble of manually responding while you’re away.
Snooze Emails to Deal With Them at the Right Time
Not every email needs an immediate response. Snooze allows you to temporarily remove emails from your inbox and have them return at a scheduled time when you’re ready to deal with them.
How to snooze an email on Android:
Open the Gmail app and find the email you want to snooze. Long-press on the email or open it and tap the three dots.
Select “Snooze” and pick a date and time when you want it to return to your inbox.
